This comprehensive mixed use development sits on a prominent site in the heart of Kyiv. Three residential buildings are arranged around a communal garden, and are orientated to maximise the long distance views across the city. Internally the apartments are organised to have clear front of house/ back of house zoning and the plans reflect the new spirit of 21st century living, with generous glazing and expansive verandahs.

The buildings sit atop a podium which houses the communal facilities, retail, and residents car parking.
