This comprehensive mixed use development sits on a prominent site in the heart of Kyiv.

Designed from the inside - out in collaboration with Nest, the scheme creates a new model for luxury residential developments.

Three buildings are arranged around a communal garden, open to the south, and are orientated to maximise the long distance views outwards across the city, and sunlight inwards to the apartments.

Internally the apartments are organised to have clear front of house/ back of house zoning and the plans reflect the new spirit of 21st century living, with generous glazing and expansive verandahs.

The buildings sit atop a podium which houses extensive communal facilities, retail, and residents’ car parking.

Clad in a natural palette of travertine and cast metals, the development matches the quality and durability of the neighbouring historic architecture.
